Gotheren / July (Cornish)
The month when things get kind of wild in Cornwall. While most people pack bags and head for the airport or the nearest coast, we stay firmly put. Preferring to stay closer to home.
We travel on the quieter back roads, the ones with grass growing in the middle! To seek out the raggedy rocks and sandy beaches of the lesser known coves. It's no secret that this part of the country gets busy in summer, but there are still some secluded spots to be found off the beaten track.
A tranquil place to unwind for a picnic and a paddle, forgive me for not sharing the location.
